    Woolworths — Reel

Chilli Cumin Lamb on Potatoes. AD Inspired by the Served Back Series from @woolworths_nz and especially @choprasid’s epsiode on lamb, I am showcasing how quality, fresh Woolworths ingredients can be transformed into elevated but easy-to-recreate meals. Serves 4 1kg washed baby potatoes Salt Olive oil Preheat the oven to 220C fan. Boil the potatoes until tender and lightly smash on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Roast for 20min or until the edges are crisp. 400-600g lamb meat 1 ½ tsp salt 2 tsp sugar ⅛ tsp ground white pepper Pinch black pepper 1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp rice wine (optional) ⅛ tsp garlic powder ⅛ tsp onion powder 2 tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp oil Mix the above ingredients together and set aside. ½ red onion (sliced) 1 capsicum (sliced) 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp chilli flakes 3 tbsp olive/cooking oil In a hot wok with oil, cook the marinated lamb for 5-8min until cooked through, add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for 2 min. Serve lamb stir fry over the roast potatoes and side salad. #WoolworthsNZ

My South Korea Food Adventure with Intrepid Travel I spent eight days travelling through South Korea with @intrepidtravel, getting to experience Korean food well beyond what I would have discovered on my own. We ate at iconic markets, cooked alongside locals, learned how to make kimchi in Jeonju, discovered the traditions behind Korea’s fermented jang sauces and, of course, ate an unbelievable amount of food along the way. The itinerary specifically includes those markets, hands-on cooking and immersive local experiences. If you want to experience South Korea through its food, people and culture, check out Intrepid Travel’s South Korea Food Adventure

Don’t talk to the masters until they have had their morning coffee! With their gut-friendly milk of choice, of course ☕️ In this episode of The Perfect Pour, I share with @gabysolomona all my top tips for making the perfect latte at home with @anchornewzealand Zero Lacto Milk - that has all the goodness of dairy, without the lactose. My tips on perfecting the pour: 1. Use cold milk from the fridge for steaming to help achieve a better steamed milk consistency 2. Add air into the milk in the start of the steaming process to create glossy silky milk 3. Pour the steamed milk immediately after steaming to prevent the milk and foam from splitting for better latte art Welcome back to dairy Gaby 💜 PS - @keke - can we make this happen?

    Cadbury — Reel

Stop saving the good stuff for “someday” Wear the outfit. Use the fancy seasoning. Cook the nice cut of meat on a random weekday. Drink your favourite coffee. Have the chocolate. I’ve realised how often I treat the things I enjoy like they need to be earned or saved for a special occasion, and I’m trying to unlearn that. Not everything you love needs to be a reward. Sometimes you can just… enjoy it. Give into more with Cadbury &MORE @cadburynz #CadburyAndMORE #GiveIntoMore #ad
