Over a month of wearing the @Garminau CIRQA smart band- have loved that it collects all my fitness, health & sleep data over the day & night but with no distracting screen on my wrist. I have learnt to keep an eye on my high volume movement or stress days, and to prioritize recovery more... like doing sauna, chill walks, mobility, yoga, stretching etc the next day, instead of pushing through all the time, which has helped avoid those burn out days. I have also learnt lots about my sleep & made a few beneficial tweaks with the sleep coach function too 🙌 #garminCIRQA #ad
