high protein spinach artichoke dip just became my new game day staple 🏈 and the secret ingredient is @drinkorgain unflavored whey protein. It is brand new and i am obsessed 🙌 25g of protein per serving, 0g sugar, and because it’s completely unflavored you literally just mix it right into the dip and nobody knows it’s there. You can bake with it, cook with it, and mix it into your fave dishes! this is the dip that’s going on every game day spread from here on out. You can get the protein up to 30% off for prime day 🔗 Comment ‘ORGAIN’ and I’ll send you the discount! 8oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup plain greek yogurt 1/2 cup cottage cheese 10oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 14oz canned artichokes, chopped 2 scoops Orgain Unflavored Whey 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/3 cup parmesan cheese 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided) Preheat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, spinach, and artichokes. Stir in the unflavored whey, and then stir in garlic, salt, pepper, onion, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Pour mixture into 8x8 baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes and broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to get crispy. #gameday #protein #appetizers

Omaha Steaks — Reel

one pot ground beef pasta skillet for the week because it is officially busy season! ♥️ One of my key tricks is loading my freezer with high quality protein from @omahasteaks so that meal planning is a breeze. And let me remind you that not all protein is created equal! Omaha uses real sourcing, real craft, and keeps it simple. We defrosted some ground beef and make this delicious and easy one pot cheesy skillet - you have to try! #OmahaSteaks #ad Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Remove from heat and drain excess grease. Add skillet back to stove and heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in 1 small diced yellow onion and 1 pint cherry tomatoes. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until tomatoes begin to burst. Add in 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp pepper, and stir to combine. Stir in one 24oz jar of marinara, 2.5 cups water, and 2.5 cups of ditalini pasta. Mix until all combined and cover. Stir every 4-5 minutes and cook until most liquid is absorbed, about 13-15 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, and 3 handfuls spinach. Once all spinach has wilted, turn off heat. Top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella and fresh basil shreds. Cover with lid and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Top with extra fresh parm upon serving! #onepot #dinnerrecipe #groundbeef
