Girlfriend chat: Menopause is a totally natural stage of life when our periods come to an end. It’s official after 12 months without a period, usually sometime between ages 45 and 55. But before that comes perimenopause, which can start as early as our mid-30s. Hormones start shifting, and suddenly our periods, sleep, energy, mood, focus and so much more can feel a little… all over the place. I recently spent such an insightful evening with @hers, and their Chief Medical Officer, @jessicashepherdmd, learning more about perimenopause, midlife health and peptide therapies.
