Add the remaining 1/4oz of syrup and the cream to a pitcher. Froth for 10-15 seconds. Pour over the coffee and finish with freshly grated orange zest and nutmeg.  To make the orange vanilla syrup, combine 200g orange peels and 200g demerara sugar with one split and scraped vanilla bean pod. Mix until the orange peels are coated in sugar. Let the mixture sit overnight at room temperature. Strain out the peels before bottling and using. If needed, add a little bit of hot water to loosen the syrup and finish melting any sugar.
