#supportlocal starts with your ingredients, so it was my honour to visit two @ontbeef farms and a farm to table restaurant just outside of Toronto to learn more about where our food comes from. To my delight, these cows spend about 80% of their lives on gorgeous Ontario pastures like these, where biodiversity and sustainability is championed every day. The farmers’ pride and passion for both their animals and the land they take care of is so clear - this was an unforgettable day trip.
